Delete your EasyAyu account

You can permanently delete your personal EasyAyu login from the app or website.

1. Sign in and open Account & Safety in the sidebar, or More → Account & Safety on mobile.
2. Read the explanation under Delete my account.
3. Verify with your current password or request a separate deletion code by email. Check Spam / Junk if needed.
4. Type DELETE, confirm that you understand the effects, and select Permanently delete my account.

What is deleted?

Your personal login, password, linked Google identity, device sign-in tokens, permissions, personal preferences and reports you submitted are removed. The deletion is completed immediately and you are signed out.

What remains?

The practice, patient records, prescriptions, appointments, invoices and inventory remain with the practice. Historical records that require an author reference use a non-login former-staff entry. Identifying information already recorded inside clinical or financial documents remains part of the practice's records. Earlier copies may remain in backups until those backups expire or are replaced.

If you are also a patient, contact your treating practice about your patient record. Deleting your staff account does not delete a patient record.
